Ladies, slow down, you are hitting too hard! Come on, go easy. Come on now, let's slow down. Easy does it girls. Work light, go easy, slow it down, all throughout the kickboxing classes I teach.

I can't seem to get some of these girls to work light. No matter what I say, these women continue to pound each other viciously during the sparring rounds. Many of these women have requested full-contact training and rounds with other like minded women. So, I helped them set it up.

Watch these women as they give it everything they've got, each one standing their ground, not giving up an inch to the other. Watch as they battle it out, pitting their skills, strength, stamina, courage, will and desire against one another, pushing themselves to their limits and beyond.

These women are all tough competitors, however; ultimately, one will win and one will lose! This is a novelty tape for your collection. Not an instructional video.
